Pre-Purchase
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and other FAQs.
International Shipping?
At this time, our primary sales are within the United States. For international purchase requests, please contact us for a quotation.

Do you offer financing?
Yes! Revibikes offers financing for qualified purchasers through our consumer financing partner Affirm. The qualifications for financing an ebike purchase are determined by Affirm. You can select Affirm at checkout to start the qualification process.
Shipping policy
Revibikes offer free shipping for order over $99. we encourages you to read our Shipping Policy, also located on our website.
Warranty
All Revibikes come with a 2-year-warranty, that covers most components, excluding common wear items (tires, tubes, brake pads, etc..) and water damage.
Does my bike come assembled?
Our ebikes come 85% assembled and include the necessary tools to complete the remaining assembly. Rebel.2 ebike is 95% pre assembled.
Do you offer discounts for special groups?
Yes! Revibikes offers an additional 7% discount for paramedics, teachers, firefighters, military, veterans, military families and students. Welfare
Can I choose to pick it up myself?
Certainly. Please select 'pickup' during checkout. Our warehouse operating hours for pickups are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Kindly inform us of your preferred pickup time, and we will provide you with a pickup form.

How can I order replacement parts?
We offer a wide range of replacement parts on our website. If you can't find what you're looking for there, it's best to reach out to our customer service team to verify availability. support@revibikes.com
How do I cancel my order?
You need to notify us before shipping, contact our support team at support@revibikes.com, we can't cancel the order after shipping, please refer to the Return policy if necessary.
How can I find order status/tracking information?
To find details about your order, please log in to your REVIBIKES.com account and proceed to the order section. You'll be able to view the fulfillment status of each order and tracking number.
Do I have a one year warranty or two year warranty?
Starting July 1st, 2023, anyone who purchases a Revibikes ebike will now be receiving a 2-year standard warranty!
If your bike was purchased pre-July 2023, it normally would have a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.
What should I do if I received a damaged deliveryοΌ
Please keep the photo of the damaged outer box as evidence when you receive the package, and report to Revibikes. We will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping.Β
What should I do if I missed the delivery?
Delivery attempts will be made 3 times before an item is returned to the shipper. If you miss all 3 delivery attempts you must reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. support@revibikes.com
