Our Second Batch of Rebel Has Arrived

The REBEL.2 has been met with overwhelming enthusiasm and success, leading to a complete sell-out this summer. We are excited to announce that the second batch of our Rebel products has officially arrived. We deeply appreciate the enthusiasm of our customers and are pleased to inform you that most pre-sale customers have already received their orders. As we aim to deliver the highest quality and customer satisfaction, we have identified and addressed several common issues reported with this latest batch.

The release of the second batch of our product represents a significant advancement from the first. We have taken into account the feedback and issues encountered with the initial batch and made substantial improvements to ensure a superior and more refined product experience. This second batch not only resolves previous concerns but also features enhanced packaging, marking it as a more polished and mature offering.

We are pleased to report that the second batch of Rebel.2 has not encountered any major issues, reflecting the significant improvements we’ve made. However, a minor issue has been noted. This is not a widespread problem but is worth noting for those who may experience it. If you encounter this issue, the following information will help you address it swiftly.

If the battery is fully charged, the horn and lights work, but the display does not turn on(hold the power button down,nothing happens), what should I do?

Most likely caused by a loose display wire connection.

During the folding and transport process of the product, the display screen wires may become loose due to being pulled or stretched. These wires are wrapped in a black casing, so they will be ignored.

Step 1: locate the wire from back of display screen

Step 2: Check if the connector is unplugged.

There is “notch” on both male and femal end

Align the notches and plug them together

A good connection should look like this. The 2 arrows on connectors should be aligned and plugged firmly. You should not see any Green color in between them.
